Steve Flemming was selected as the new Headmaster for Tri-County Academy beginning with the 2022-2023 school year.  He and his wife, Lee Ann, have one son, Steven, daughter-in-law, Stephanie, and granddaughter, Leila Rose.  He is a 1977 graduate of Cruger-Tchula Academy and graduated from Miss. State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1981.  He was a member of the MSU football team playing tight end and is a member of the MSU M-Club.  Steve was also in Sigma Chi fraternity while at Miss. State.  He has a Masters' degree from Delta State in Administrative Education.  Steve and his family reside in Cruger where he has farming interests.  He enjoys everything outdoors and following Miss. State University sports.  He has been in education since 1998 as a teacher, coach, and administrator.
