Monthly Rates for After School Program                      Summer After School Program

1 Child         $100.00                                                 $65.00 per child per week
2 Children    $180.00                                                 $50.00 per child Activity Fee
3 Children    $270.00                                                 $25.00 per day drop-in

To receive the above rate, you must be a student at TCA and a full-time participant in the 2011 After School Program.
All monthly payments must be remitted by the 10th of each month.
Daily Drop In Rate when school is in session - $10.00
Drop in Rate when school is not in session - $25.00
All students must be picked up no later than 6:00 pm.  The fee for late pick up is $10.00 for every five minutes.

Home Work Time
3:00 to 4:30

This time is for those children who have home work.  (Provided parents give permission).   During this time their is no talking so all students may have an enviornment that lends itself to concentration on their work. 

The staff does not do the students home work however they are there to assist students in checking their work for accuracy. 

 All reading assignments are done with parents. 

The director and staff are more than willing to help those students who may need assitance during this time. 

After home work has been completed then the students may proceed to play time.

Play Time

Weather permitting we are outside playing.  We play softball, kick ball, football, tag and we have sidewalk chalk, jump rope, etc..  We also have a playground  It is our goal to keep children active during this play time.

When we play inside we have all kinds of board games, puzzles, coloring books, painting, drawing, jacks and card games.  We also have Lincoln Logs and all kinds of building blocks, Barbie dolls, play kitchen and all kinds of books for reading.  We have activities for all ages.

After School Care would like to ask your cooperation in a few matters.

• If you know your child will not be at the After School Program, please let us know.
• When school is not in session (holidays, etc) if you KNOW IN ADVANCE that your child will not be here, please call and let us know.  This will be of great help in scheduling the staff and work week.
• If someone other than the person who normally picks up your child; please send a note or call and let us or one of the staff members know.  This will allow us to ensure that we are providing the best possible care for each child and for you to feel secure about this matter.
