Tri-County Tuition Schedule for 2011-2012

The following guidelines have been adopted by the Board of directors:                                      

Tuition may be paid in one of the following methods:

1. Annual Payment due June 1^st  (3% discount)
2. Semi-Annual Payment due June 1^st and December 1^st   (1.5% discount)
3. Ten equal monthly payments beginning July 1 – April 1
4. Twenty (20) Semi-Monthly payments (Draft Only 5^th/20^th) beginning July 5 – April 20.
5. Eleven equal monthly payments beginning June 1 – April 1.
6. Twenty-two (22) Semi-Monthly payments (Draft Only 5^th/20^th) beginning June 5 – April 20.

FEES: ( Fees are Non-Refundable)

Membership Fee (K4-12 per family): $800.00 (one time only)                          Late Fee for monthly payment: $35.00

Capital Fee (K4-12 per family): $275.00 annually (Due June 1)                         Fee for Changing Contract: $300.00

Registration Fee (K4-12 per family): $275.00 annually (Due at Registration)      Fee for Early Withdrawal from Contract: $500.00

Capital Fee (K3 per family): $200.00 (Due June 1)                                                       Fee for NSF: $40.00

Registration Fee (K3 per family): $200.00 (Due at Registration)

Late Registration Fee: $150.00 (for current TCA families if register after June 1^st)

If a family has a child in any grade K4-12 and one in K3, they will pay only one Registration and Capital Fee of $275.00.

If a new student or family enrolls after the beginning of school, monthly payments will be pro-rated according to the amount of time remaining in the school year.
